MAIN FLOOR REMODEL: SOPHISTICATED FUNCTION

We took this home from a tired country estate to cleaner-lined contemporary (per client wishes). A clean finish palette was used to introduce light while retaining a bit of cherry to coordinate with other areas of the home. New trim, cabinetry, tiles and countertops allowed for clean architectural lines for the newly created mud entry and office (once a closet and unused powder bath), living room, bedroom and dining room.

Hear what our clients had to say after the remodel was complete:

"Rocky and Gigi are a stellar team. Our remodeled home exceeds all of our expectations. Rocky determined the appropriate scope of the project to maximize impact for dollar spent. He has a great eye for detail and was ingenious at curing aesthetically clumsy features of the home. Gigi selected a color palette and fantastic finishes to bring much needed consistency to our home's living spaces. The process itself was stress free - no cost overruns or unforeseen change orders, accurate paperwork and billing, weekly status updates and most of all, they did exactly what they said they would do. After our experience with the contractor for the exterior work on our home, I suspect those qualities are relatively hard to find in the construction industry." - Project Homeowner.

This project won the 2012 Contract of the Year (COTY) Award for the "Entire Home" category and a 2012 Remodeler of Merit Award (ROMA) for the "Residential Specialty Interior" category.
