BASEMENT REMODEL: MULTI-FUNCTION PLAYSPACE

This formerly unlivable, overstuffed, musty basement, was remodeled into an award-winning multi-function space complete with new insulation & water-proofing package and in-floor heat. This basement is now cozy and inviting year-round. Custom cabinets line the room creating specialized storage for camping gear, ski equipment, pantry items, off-season coats, and holiday decorations. With the clutter behind doors, there is comfortable space for games, homework, and movies. We designed a modest home theater system for this family using a retractable screen, home computer and projector. The best part, the screen disappears when not in use, making this space truly multi-functional.
