Battleships & Lipgloss Co-exist

We transformed this once dark, narrow children's bath by introducing more light, improving function and selecting finishes that would simultaneously please our client's five-year-old son (loves Legos, Star Wars and battleships) and13-year-old daughter (loves pink, her iPod and primping). The bath design features a glass panel to visually enlarge the space and to introduce natural light, a custom furniture-style vanity to improve storage, and a quartzite ledge to create shower space for hair gel, shampoo bottles, or battleships. The cheerful finish palette brightens while remaining gender neutral. We are told that battleships and lipgloss co-exist peacefully in the new space. Mission accomplished!
