Storage Has Never Been Sexier

The 2011 Green Dream Home imbues a sense of tradition with its old world finishes. Turn the corner, however, and the past comes to a screeching halt. This new home gives over two rooms to household storage including a large bank of open, floor-to-ceiling shelving for oversized items. The high function butler's pantry offers spill-over workspace from the kitchen, a dedicated drinks fridge, and a cleaning supply closet. A series of four coat lockers and boot cubbies awaits kids and backpacks. Everything in its place. Now that's sexy.
