Cozy Minneapolis Home Theater

"This is our third project with DiGiacomo Homes & Renovation. We appreciate the consistent communication, thoughtful design and timely work. And, Rocky, it's a good thing you're happily married, because my wife Kristin is in love with you. She is thrilled with the lower level and the laundry room. We can't thank you enough for all your time, talents and attention to the details." - Paul Markert, Homeowner

Formerly an unlivable, overstuffed, musty basement, this remodeled South Minneapolis space, with new insulation package and in-floor heat, is cozy and inviting year-round. Custom cabinets line the room creating specialized storage for camping gear, ski equipment, pantry items, off-season coats, and holiday decorations. With the clutter behind doors, there is comfortable space for games, homework, and movies. We designed a modest home theater system for this family using a retractable screen, home computer and projector. The best part, the screen disappears when not in use, making this space truly multi-functional.
