Earthly Tradition in Minneapolis
"Both Rocky and his 'secret weapon' Gigi were fantastic to work with when remodeling our kitchen and addition! They were a great team. Rocky's so communicative and interested in the project in all of its phases. Gigi really helped us with finish selections — we love everything!" - Sharon Armus, Homeowner
This inviting kitchen was designed to add high-function storage, counter seating, task lighting, and a main level half bath without expanding the home's footprint.
Finishes were selected to accommodate two very different client palettes — one bright and traditional; the other dark and modern. Above, upper cabinets were enameled cream and fit with English Reeded glass to honor the desired old world aesthetic. While below, smooth maple cabinets were paired with honed, Kodiak granite to satisfy more contemporary tastes. Lighting and glass knobs were chosen to harmonize the Reeded glass doors and lend a sense of tradition while stainless appliances provide the desired modern flair.
